Graham A. Tobin (Ph.D., University of Strathclyde, UK. 1978) serves as Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs in the Office of the Provost at the University of South Florida, with responsibilities for strategic planning, compact planning, and interdisciplinary inquiry. He is also Professor of Geography in the College of Arts and Sciences with research specialties in natural hazards, water resources, and environmental management.
